These things are honestly great. Cover the top of your hands which most other arm sleeves don’t. Offer great protection from the sun, as well as a little extra warmth if you’re running in the cold. Warmer weather runs are OK too as you get a nice evaporative cooling effect with these on.
I wish the upper arms were a little more snug of a fit, but I’m not gonna knock too many stars off just because I have Popeye arms before he’s eaten his spinach.

Jeff and the team at Path nailed these. They help keep me cool when I drench them with water, and even wore them on a 35 degree run the other day and they helped keep some of the wind off me (I run hot). Stoked on this purchase!

There is a bit of bunching at the top, but that is hard to avoid in one size fits all, I run on the shorter side.
