We built the Altira short to disappear, with ultralight, ventilating, stretchy fabric from Toray and a split side vent that unlocks your fullest range of motion. Acrofuse™ stitchless seam technology is extra comfortable against the skin and allows the fabric to stretch without inhibition.

8 GELS, EASILY AT HAND

Able to comfortably carry 7x its weight, the Altira holds 8+ gels (or 6 gels, plus a phone), cards, and key fob: everything you need to tackle marathon distances at race pace. It took five prototypes to perfect the quickdraw elasticized gel pockets on the rear of either hip, keeping fuel secure and accessible without discomfort, hour after hour.

    Top notch short

    Honestly this is my new favorite short. Paired this with the Lynx PD liner, and first day running with them was 28 miles around the 4-Pass Loop. I have maybe 100 miles in the setup at this point. Very comfortable all day wear, pocket space is great, leg mobility is completely fluid. Best compliment I can give is that you just forget you have them on.

    No liner - not what I expected

    Don’t think I’ll ever wear these. Wasn’t expecting not having a liner brief in these shorts. Very expensive for what it is.
