Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For exchanges and returnsplease fill out your request here to receive a return label. Please do not return a package without RA number. 

For international returns and exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping cost both ways due to higher shipping costs that are out of our control. 

For returns over $200.00 USD we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a one-year warranty on any manufacturer or material defect. 


Non-returnable items

If your item has been used, you are unable to exchange or return the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We want to make sure your gear fits well. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a pre-paid return label. For customers located in the US, PATH will pay to ship your item back to PATH projects and mail out a different size or item to you. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
