Toray Dot Air™ Primeflex™
An innovative approach to the famed ripstop fabric, Dot Air™ Primeflex™ lets air in and keeps water out. Originally developed for athletes to manage stress in humid environments, it's the ultimate all-season fabric for active pursuits, travel, and daily wear. The Toray Primeflex™ yarn has a unique spiral yarn that not only gives this fabric a built-in mechanical stretch for 360° flexibility, but it will stretch and recover without using heavier water-absorbing elastics like Spandex. It also boasts an outstanding amount of comfort, breathability, and abrasion resistance at only 40% of the weight of the old-school stretchy stuff.

Had to send the pants back. Nice looking material, poor overall design. The pants have an unusual fit in the hips with very wide legs. I expected a bit more of a tailored fit.

nice well made pant and good aeration for hot environments. Wish it had either waistband or at least drawcord to adjust waist size, as it runs slightly big for a small; wish it was slightly tapered at the base of the leg

So stoked on the Boreas Field Pant. I've already worn it on two international flights, a long bus trip, three bouldering sessions, coffee shop visits, and even a yoga class. These KICK ASS.
I love the lightweight fabric. I LOVE the stretch. The elasticated adjustable ankles are perfect (been BEGGING for these). The cut isn't too tight, not too baggy. They fit so well.
ONLY point of feedback is that the back pockets, while neat (and kind of flattering on the butt), aren't quite deep enough to hold an iPhone 15 pro fully. The phone just peeps out of the top. It's not a huge issue, because you can still put the phone there, but my back pocket is where I habitually keep my phone, so not being able to secure it there is one thing I noticed very quickly.
On the fit, I'm a 29" waist, ordered a 30". They sit just off the hip at that size, thankfully they've got belt loops so if you prefer a higher waist fit then it's an easy fix.
Will be wearing these for a LONG time coming.
