I would wear these shirts for all activities! Running, mountain biking, going to the gym, going to the office!
I’m running my first 100 mile race in a couple of weeks and one can never have too many shirts waiting to change into. Next year I’ll be running in Bigfoot 200 miler as well.

The shirts would be great for summer evening trail runs in Colorado! Also, I love the little extra length and coverage in the back for the daily bike commute. 5 colors are perfect for 5 days in the week for bike commuting. I probably would wear them just walking the pup, too, since I love the neutral colors!
