We ship all our orders from a Third-Party warehouse located in Northern California. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except holidays. Orders received before 12pm (PST) are normally shipped the same day. 

We offer Free Shipping to all 50 US States for orders of $100.00 USD or above. Free Shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail for orders over one pound. Express options are available for an additional fee.

At checkout you will be charged for shipping and if applicable, also for customs, duties, and / or VAT. 

Customers have the choice of DHL Ecommerce and DHL express. Both options provide a tracking number. DHL express is faster.  

DHL express is normally 1-3 weeks. Customs is the variable that we can’t control.

DHL Ecommerce is normally 2 -6 weeks. Customs is the variable that we can’t control.
