Great video! Since including The Awesomiser and backwards walking into my routine I feel like my whole running posture has become a lot more relaxed and free.
I never liked the lean forward recommendation. Now it seems my posture is pretty good based on your video. I look forward to incorporating these drills into my training. Thanks.
