Floris I loved the latest Dr. Phile Maffetone podcast. It had a really great message I needed to hear with everything going on these days. Please, try to get Dr. Dan Plews on the show if you can! I would love to hear from him as well. I know he has done some amazing work with low heart rate training and low carb high fat nuitrition and race fueling.
Also, Olive Green would be my choice in sweatshirt. Great design!
